My Story
My Love for Scentsy began in 2018 where I attended a "hostess" party one of my good friends was having. I made my fist purchase at that party and became an "Scentsy Addict" almost immediately.
I constantly purchased Scentsy to give as gifts to friends and get them to enjoy the products just as much as I did. I loved giving gifts that were unique that no one had ever seen.
These last 2 years with the pandemic have been pretty stressful to say the least with my full time job so I decided I needed to step away a little bit from that and have a little fun and joy in my life! With Scentsy I get to meet so many amazing new clients, who have become friends and I get to have fun and tap into my creative side as well!
Today has been one of those days that I am particularly THANKFUL for Scentsy. I had an upsetting, stressful and difficult day at my full time job and I came home in tears. When I got home, I got a little card from our SuperStar Director Wendy Heath-Newgass. Who knew something so small as a little recognition for your hard work, a little encouragement and lifting each other up (instead of constantly knocking someone down) could be so inspiring and healing for my soul! it was just what I needed, when I needed it. And that is what Scentsy continues to. do for me! Life me up!
Since joining Scentsy in October of 2021 I have been surrounded by a whole host of men and woman who actually seek to lift you up, encourage you, cheer you on and root for you! Even when they don’t even know you! There is such an environment of camaraderie, unity and teamwork that it inspires me every day!
The Scentsy culture encourages me to motivate and empower others, and allows me to be my genuine self. There is a unique unity at Scentsy that centers around Scentsy's values of Simplicity, Authenticity and Generosity.
On a day when I felt defeated and broken down……Scentsy was there to lift me up! Thank you Scentsy! Thank you Marilyn Acosta for bringing me along on this journey and thank you Wendy Heath-Newgass for being the light in my day today! I truly appreciate each and every one of you and all of the consultants I share this with! And I appreciate you, my customer for joining me on this journey!
